Multifamily housing building to be developed in the parish of Calendar, in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão.
This building will consist of two apartment blocks consisting of six floors
in its entirety, sub-basement and basement for garages, and the remaining four floors
will be intended for housing with typologies from T1 to T3.

STRUCTURE:
- It will be of a mixed construction system, with pillars, reinforced concrete beams and prestressed slabs executed according to the project, complying with the
respective regulation. The walls in contact with the earth will be made of reinforced concrete.
EXTERIOR PARAMETERS:
- The exterior walls will be composed of thermal brick and interior plasterboard lining will be executed.
- The walls between fractions will also be made of thermal brick, with plasterboard lining on both sides.
- In garages, the partition walls will be composed of a concrete block facing the eye.
- On the exterior walls, a 40mm hood system will be installed in Ral 7035 color.
FLOORS:
- On the Sub-Basement and Basement floors, the floor will consist of industrial concrete flooring stroked with a helicopter.
- On the housing floors, the floor of the common areas, the entrance hall of both
- Blocks, stairwells, and elevator halls will be covered in ceramic material.
- In the apartments, the floors of the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms will be made of 1st quality ceramic material.
- In the entrance hall, living room and bedrooms, the floor will consist of floating flooring with oak tones.
- The floors of the balconies will be covered with ceramic material imitation deck.
CEILINGS:
-False ceilings in plasterboard with built-in spotlights in the apartments.
- The ceilings of the Sub-Basement and Basement floors will be finished with sanded finish.
- The ceilings of the balconies will be finished in exposed concrete.
WALLS:
- Bathrooms tiling up to €20/m² and painted walls
- The partition walls of the apartments will be in plasterboard for painting with a color to be defined.
CARPENTRY:
- Trims, doors and skirting boards in white thermolaminate
- Built-in wardrobes with interior module of drawers, shelf and clothes rail, with linen interior and white thermolaminate doors.
KITCHEN:
- Kitchen in thermolaminate in the color to be defined
- Counter in Compac Glacier Quartz or equivalent
- Appliances included: Oven, Hob, Microwave and Wall Extractor.
WINDOW FRAMES, GLASSWARE AND METALWORK:
- Security entrance doors
- Fire doors on stairwells
- Aluminium doors and windows with thermal break and double glazing
- Sectional gates for access to the Sub-Basement and Basement floors, and in the individual garages
- Balcony railings in grey laminated glass
- Covering of the balconies in Stacbond type metal composite panels or equivalent to black color.
PLUMBING:
- Pre-installation of solar panels
- Complete installation of air conditioning system by Vrv type ducts
- Installation of a gas boiler for water heating.
ELECTRICITY:
- Video intercom
- Pre-installation of anti-intrusion alarm
- Electric shutters in aluminum color of the frame
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The bathrooms will have:
- Chrome plated single-lever mixers from Roriz
- Italian type shower tray
- Bathroom furniture with built-in washbasin
- Sanitary ware
- Installation of ventilation ducts in the toilets and the respective device
