EXTERIOR Finishes / Common Areas Of The Building
Facade COATING
The covering will be made of plaster, with a composition that guarantees its waterproofing,
water-repellent with the addition of a water-repellent product, painted in its entirety, in the colors defined in the architectural project.
FRAMEWORK | BLINDS
The lacquered aluminum frames with double glazing with thermal cut, with swing-stop system.
Electrically operated thermal blinds.
The main entrance door will be a security door, with an opening system and intercom control.
LOCKWORKS
A sectional gate with automation will be installed for the main entrance to the garages, as well as for those in the garages.
For the secondary entrance, a fire door will be installed.
Fire doors were considered for access to the stairwell.
The guardrails for the balconies and stairs were made of lacquered iron, in the color defined in the architectural project.
INTERIOR FINISHES
WALLS
In the bedrooms, circulation areas, living room and hall, the covering will be plastered and painted in its entirety.
In areas without cabinets, the wall covering will be plaster, painted in its entirety.
In the kitchen areas between cabinets, the walls will be covered with the same material as the countertop.
In the sanitary facilities, the walls will be covered to the ceiling with tiles.
The skirting board will be white PVC.
In the garage the floor will be mechanically smoothed concrete.
On the balconies, in order to maintain uniformity, ceramic flooring will be applied.
CEILINGS
The ceilings will be false ceilings made of plasterboard, painted, with built-in lighting and/or indirect light, Led technology.
EQUIPMENT Of Sanitary Facilities
Roca brand suspended sanitary ware, The Gap Square model and Roca brand mixers.
Shower trays in White Silky resin, suspended bathroom furniture.
An electric towel rail will be installed in the two Roca bathroom facilities.
CARPENTRY
The doors will be made of plain white vinyl Portaros, 2.10m high, stainless steel hardware and magnetic lock.
The wardrobes will have tic tac opening doors without trims, plain white Egger decor fronts, standard 19mm melamine linen imitation interior, including handles, hinges and other hardware.
CLIMATE
Installation of a central heating network with gas boiler and radiators or air conditioning according to the air conditioning needs of each area, bedrooms, living room/kitchen.
The air conditioning solution that is not chosen will be pre-installed, so that it can be installed in the future.
VMC
A double-flow Vmc (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation) system will be installed, allowing the entry of new air, through the air inlets placed in the living room and bedrooms, and the extraction of air, through the extraction nozzles located in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Solar panels with thermosyphon will be installed on the roof, for domestic hot water with a capacity of 200L.

The central vacuum machine will be installed in the garage, as well as a socket so that it can be used to vacuum vehicles.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
